Barbara Fender, President
Barbara Fender serves President of Code 3 Response Security. She
oversees all operational aspects of the company.
Barbara has eleven years of law enforcement and communications
experience. She has more than 700 hours of specialized law
enforcement, investigations, security, communications and
criminal history records training. She has served as police
officer, 911 dispatcher, communications supervisor, auxiliary
deputy sheriff, and Terminal Agency Coordinator.
She
attended the ABAC Police Academy where she received the Academic
Achievement Award for the 146th police academy session and was
honored by the former Special Agents of the FBI for the Year
1997 as Graduate of the Year.

Donald Fender, Vice-President
Donald Fender serves as Vide President of Code 3 Response
Security. He assists in all operational aspects of the company
and oversees the Uniformed Guard and Mobile Patrol division.
This division handles the entire day-to-day security operations
on a client site and all security personnel.
Donald has over twenty years of law enforcement, judicial and
private security experience. He started his law enforcement
career in 1984. He has served as a jail correctional officer,
police officer, deputy sheriff, private security officer, Police
Chief, County Sheriff, Municipal and County Court Judge.
Don
has an Associate’s degree in criminal justice and is a graduate
of the ABAC Police Academy and the Georgia Sheriff’s Academy. He
has more than 1,100 hours of specialized law enforcement,
investigations, security, executive, management and judicial
training.
Marie Williams, Sales Manager
Marie Williams serves as Sales Manager of Code 3 Response
Security. She assists in the over-site of all sales and
marketing aspects of the company. Her responsibilities include
sales, management of sales staff, and customer service.
Marie Williams has over thirty-five years of service based
business management experience and fifteen years electronic
security industry management. Mrs. Williams has served in
security sales, as Sales and Service Manager, and as business
owner. She founded Superior Home Security in 1998 and later sold
that business to a family member, and continued to serve as
General Manager for several years thereafter. She has become
well known in the security and service industry, and by her
clients, as a person who demands excellent customer service.
Her
background includes Hotel management and Restaurant/Lounge
management. She established several successful business ventures
in the hospitality industry, before moving into the security
field.
